If golf is your way of relaxing you will be delighted to know that there are more courses within a few miles of The Abbey that you could try a different course every day and more Many of golf courses allow visitors to play without becoming a member You can hire golf clubs and a golf cart at extremely reasonable rates. Champions Gate Golf Resort is so close by only minutes away .Reunion Golf Resort also only minutes away . David Leadbetter also runs his golf academy from here.
My favourite courses has to be Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes, and Polo Park All have driving ranges for beginners Southern Dunes is the furthest away but well worth a visit to sample the buffet breakfast and Sunday Brunch
